What is Remodelr?
Remodelr is an AI-powered estimating and job-management app for remodeling contractors. Describe a job and add a few photos, and Remodelr generates a detailed line-item estimate, a material takeoff, a build plan, and a branded proposal you can send and have signed.
How do I get started?
Open the app, sign in with your Apple ID, and start your free trial. Tap to create a new estimate, enter the client and scope, optionally add job-site photos, and tap Generate. You can edit every line before sending.
How does the free trial and subscription work?
Remodelr offers a 7-day free trial, after which it continues as a monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account, not inside the app. On your device, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Remodelr, and choose to cancel or change your plan. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
How accurate are the AI estimates?
Remodelr produces a detailed starting point based on the scope, photos, and location you provide. It is a drafting tool, not a guarantee of cost — always review and adjust line items, quantities, and pricing to match your own rates and local conditions before sending an estimate to a client.
Can a client sign a proposal in the app?
Yes. Open a proposal and tap Sign to capture the client's signature in person on your phone or iPad. The signature, name, and date are embedded into the proposal PDF.
Does Remodelr work on iPad?
Yes. Remodelr runs on both iPhone and iPad.
How is my data handled?
Your business data is stored on your device. To generate estimates and plans, the content you submit is sent to our AI provider for processing. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete Account. This removes your data from the device and revokes the app's access to your Apple ID. You can also email us if you need help.
